I was born and raised in Cameroon; Central Africa and now; a proud member of the Eastern Shore community. I have been practicing on the Eastern shore now for 8+ years. 

I graduated from Salisbury University with honors (magna cum laude) and currently serves on the Advisory board of the CHHS school at Salisbury University.

I graduated from Salus University-Pennsylvania College of Optometry with extensive training at the VA Medical Center in Baltimore.

I'm also licensed to practice in the state of Virginia and I'm certified to perform Laser Therapy for the Anterior Segment.

I'm the President of the Eastern Shore Optometric Association under the Maryland Optometric Association and a board member of the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.

My philosophy, “See Good, Look Good, Feel Good,” reflects my belief that vision care is more than prescriptions and lenses — it’s about confidence, empowerment, and the ability to show up fully in life. This belief inspired my community initiative that offers deserving individuals complete makeovers — from thorough eye exams to fashion transformations — reminding each person that clear sight and self-worth go hand in hand (coming soon).
Beyond the clinic, I’m deeply committed to leadership, advocacy, and global health outreach. As a proud graduate of the American Optometric Association Leadership Institute 1.0 and 2.0, I’ve engaged in national advocacy efforts, including visiting Capitol Hill to champion legislation that protects the future of optometry and the patients we serve. My mission is to ensure that every voice — from local communities to global partners — is represented in the conversation about accessible, quality eye care.

Fun facts: I was in the IT industry for 8+ years. I lived in Bangalore, India. My favorite holiday is Christmas. I started golfing at the age of 9 but still a beginner. I have 2 human daughters & a fur son; Blu.
